Booth set-up:

  • Contact the Arata Exposition people once we receive the packet to ensure that we get the proper tables and seating.
    • Caroline - Who is supposed to receive the "packet" from Arata, Matt? When are we expecting it?
      • Matt - I thought it was heading out to Oklahoma to you Caroline. I was to be the fallback to get the packet here. I will ask Jackie what is going on with this.
      • Susana - If we need to get another packet, please contact Arata for a duplicate.
  • Caroline - We learned that Arata is behind in getting out these packets. Go to the link below to see what's in the packet.

I see us needing a small table and two chairs, two long counters on either side, standard carpet, and possibly a bar-stool-height chair. Any other ideas? Caroline 17:25, 20 November 2006 (EST)
