Arrival, Hilton Garden Inn, Greenbelt Maryland. Be sure to get to the correct HGI.

Informal dinner for those who arrive in time (~6:00 or 6:30).

Mon. June 30

Breakfast, HGI

8:00 – Leave HGI for ACP
8:30 – Introductions. ACP Conference Room C. (All)
8:45 – State of Project (Bruce)
9:00 – ComPADRE Update Round Table (All)

Review editor’s reports and come prepared to ask questions.

9:30 – Physics Faculty: What do They Want? (Flora)
10:05 – Break
10:15 – Outreach Efforts (Mason, All)

Assign outreach events, existing resources, new resources

11:00 – Editor Break-outs (All)

• "New" editors – workflow and development questions
• "Mature" editors – maintaining growth

12:00 – Breakout Reports (All)
12:15 – Lunch

1:00 to 4:00 – Scheduled free time. This time will be used for everyone to schedule discussions with whoever they need to meet with. These may be discussions with Lyle, Matt, or myself about technical or library tasks, meeting with other editors about collaborations, meetings of participants in a single collection, etc. Please use the wiki to plan this time.

4:00 – Technical Blitz & Questions (Lyle. Always a crowd favorite)
4:45 – Cataloging & Workflow (Caroline, Lyle, Bruce)
5:00 – Wrap-up, Questions for the morning (All)
5:15 – Leave ACP to HGI
