Welcome and Meeting Goals

This is a working meeting. Although we're starting with this Agenda, this should be considered as more of a guideline. We should spend this time working on identifying and attacking the most important opportunities and problems that have arisen for the project.

Note that each discussion topic ends with a section on Goals, Barriers, Plans. We need to have planned next steps for all of the issues that we wish to address.

Meeting Goals

Below are some goals for the meeting. Feel free to add your own:

• Bring everyone up to date on the Project, and answer any questions about where we are.
• Plan future expansions of current collections.
• Identify opportunities for collaboration and community building.
• Plan directions for outreach and marketing.
• Measure success.
• Have a good time.
